Influenced by the master architect and first city engineer of Tel Aviv, Yehuda Magidovitz, the boutique project at 66 Allenby Street in Tel Aviv is a return to magnificence. This renewal and preservation centers around one of the most impressive buildings to ever be restored in the city of Tel Aviv.
Adjacent to the famous Yemenite Quarter, one of Tel Aviv’s first neighborhoods, dozens of magnificent historical buildings are slated for preservation. Many of these are engulfed by the towering skyscrapers in the bustling business center of Rothschild Street. Next to the specialty shops in the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall and the pastoral houses of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, they all fade into the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
